The latte machine arrived broken. Sent it back requesting new, operational machine. They sent me back the original machine and said they had fixed it. They refused to refund my money until I called in the credit card people. I ate shipping cost to return the machine.

This machine was found to not be defective upon inspection by our technicians. The customer agreed to our defective policy which states that a machine found not to be defective will be thoroughly tested and sent back to the customer. If an accessory part is broken that part is replaced and the machine sent back to the customer. When this customer received his original machine back he chose to return the machine as buyers remorse which does require the customer to pay the shipping charges.
