Pros: They don't hurt your ear canal by with expansive pressure as foam ear plugs do.
Cons: They get funky with ear wax after a week of continuous use.
The Bottom Line: Buy them. You'll sleep comfortably.

| nijinsky's Full Review: Flents Quiet Down! Fiber-Filled Ear Plugs (NRR 22) |
I travel a lot and use ear plugs and an eye mask most nights to maintain regularity of sleep while on the road.
Having tried a dozen different kinds of earplugs, I am now completely sold on these. The foam ones expand after you put them in your ear, making the ear canal sore for an hour after I wake up, and sometimes keeping me awake with the sound of my own blood vessels pumping because of the pressure against my ear canal. Hooray for whoever invented these ear plugs.
I don't think they would work for a very loud situation, like sleeping next to a train track, or a loud TV or a super loud snorer, but, for most circumstances, they are fine.
