Prices are very low[VERY]. Don't know how they do it. Item I ordered arrived on time brand new with manufacturer warranty.Item was well protected and packaged for transit.The shopping process status page for my order number seemed to work fine from order received-to package shipped.The tracking number for my order with the UPS tracking system worked fine. Only thing I have to complain about is that my credit card was billed before my item was shipped. Isn't that illegal? I was nervous as hell when I read the previous reviews from other epinion members who dealt with etronics.com. I spent $565 without knowing what kind of history they had with other customers[really dumb on my part].I based my idea of their business legitimacy on the way their site worked and operated[smacks my own head].Yeah the site works fine,but you cannot rely on stupid assumptions like that and I am very lucky in that regard to have not had to learn this the hard way. However everything worked out for me. Maybe I was just lucky or maybe they have cleaned up their act. Use your judgement and decide for yourself whether to do business with them. whether I do business with them again is hard to say. I need more feedback from other people's experiences to help reinforce that decision.
