I LOVE people who sign up for a product or service, then complain that it is NOT perfect. Well GROW UP!! I have Pre-paid service with another carrier, and Guess what, THEY are huge,nationwide,and They are SOMETIMES rude, and SOMETIMES screw up my billing, and I ALWAYS have to go into a store. I KNEW what i was getting into when I signed up, so i cannot complain. There are a LOT of people around here who use Cricket, and It works fine, and the people at the local store are great, up front, and respectful.
If you want to pay HUGE deposits (unless you have PERFECT credit) to a Company like Verizon, Or cingular, Or Sprint Then go Ahead. I had a credit problem, and I am working on it, but I cannot afford 500-1000 dollar deposits. I have 2 small kids in school, and I need to be able to be reached. I ACCEPT the fact I will have Limits in what type of service I can get.
GROW UP, BE ADULTS, and STOP WHINING...or go pay the BIG deposits.. and you will be complaining about them too

I just had crappy Cricket phone service disconnected because they raised my rates due to their error! It was terribly frustrating to get someone to admit it, and I had to talk with a lot of someones before I finally had an answer to my question. Terrible customer service from the top down to the representatives. Thanks for your article.
