I've been buying equipment from Cameraworld for years. They've got outstanding customer service and knowledgeable people on the phones. You actually get the name and direct phone number of your sales person to call back in the event of issues with your purchase. Their sales people are reliable and timely in getting back to you when there are issues, and I've had them match prices of competing online merchants.
