I'm sure the only way this place stays in business is because of people like me who only go looking for reviews after they've had a horrible experience. I'll never know if they shipped the right items or not, because I accidentally pulled over the wrong shipping address from PayPal and completed my order before I realized the mistake. Thus began SIX DAYS of calling every day, sitting on endless hold listening to their insulting message about how they are the last place that takes customer service seriously, and hearing different excuses and promises every day with no result. I even had to give them my credit card number multiple times over the phone when they said there would be an extra charge for changing the package destination once it was already in route with UPS, and god only knows where that card number ended up. Finally on the second call on the sixth day, they told me they were just flat out unable to change the address and had no further suggestions for me. Now I'm out both the money and the package, and my only consolation is hoping someone else will read these reviews in time to make this sham of an operation lose some future business. Oh, and I guess I might also earn a little good karma if whoever happened to move in to my old apartment was desperately in need of a big box of soaps and moisturizers and tampons...
