I own a pharmacy and decided to try the Allegro Medical sight...placed a small $177.00 order on June 18, 2009 to start....got a few inexpensive things that were ordered very fast.....worth about $20.00...never got the other items...have called them several times and was told the 3 items would be in by August....never happened.... then I was told that they would get back to me...never happened...it has now been 3 months and still no merchandise....I would be out of business now if I had to depend on them.... the items I ordered are still advertised on their site......
be careful who you order from...this order has been paid for since June....and all I have gotten from them is " the run around".....
I can no longer get thru to them via telephone...told to try again later.... I have no more time for this.....
I have decided to try communicating via e-mail so I can track my efforts to get the items I already paid for...
I have owned my business for over 20 years..... and have NEVER dealt with a company like this
ALLEGRO MEDICAL EXPERIENCE..... uninformed and unreliable staff, advertise merchandise that they don't deliver.... money upfront for merchandise they don't have....... no follow up as promised....and absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE....
