The Ace Hardware online store had the best price on something that I wanted to order and I went with them to make the purchase. The end result was that I received exactly what I ordered, the shipping was right on time, and I have been very happy with the product already. The particular product that I was looking for are these natural odor absorbing gel containers that can take care of very strong odors, and living with three cats, I though this could be the perfect item to use right outside the room where they do their business. It has turned out to be a very enjoyable experience ordering from the Ace Hardware Outlet store, and it is definitely a web-site that I would recommend to other potential customers of many different hardware odds and ends.
Making my way through the Ace Hardware web-site was very easy to do, and they had numerous products from which to choose. The ones in particular that I was looking for had many different accentuating products, that provided different aromas and scents for the gels, and I spent some time looking around at the different options available for purchase. The load time for the web-site was very quick, the search engine on the Ace Hardware site was very easy to use and provided nice results, and the expense for each of the products was located right where it was easiest to see. I had a very pleasant time looking around the web-site, and ended up purchasing four of the large absorbent gel containers.
The gel containers probably weigh a couple of pounds each, which isn't a lot in your hand, but can add up quick when it comes to shipping. To have my purchase sent to me quickly, it cost $9.59 on a $15.42 total expense. That's not too bad in my opinion, because we are talking about a package that would have some weight to it, and I wasn't purchasing near enough to qualify for any kind of free shipping on the web. I went ahead and made the purchase for the total of $25.01 and went about my business. The Ace Hardware web-site sends an automatic response when the order has been received so that you can look it over, and then as it is in the process of shipping, there are other e-mails that are sent to provide tracking numbers and further details.
When the shipment has arrived at its destination, there is another e-mail that comes from Ace, confirming that it has arrived, and letting you know that its there in case you are mailing to a secondary location. Inside the box they also provide a detailed store receipt with their return policy as well as phone numbers to call in case something was wrong with your order. That 's going the extra mile in my opinion, and when I noticed they explain how to send something back, it put me over the top in how much I liked doing business with them. The shipment arrived on time, and I have already put one of the absorbing gels to use at my house. I liked the product, loved the experience I had with Ace Hardware, and will definitely use them again if I want to purchase more of the gels in the future. This is a highly recommended online business that cares about their customers, and one with I have no problem giving a high recommendation to for future customers.
