Unbelievable customer services (BAD)

I ordered a dress. It came, it was fine. I then ordered a pair of pants. 79.00 on sale. They came, no tag attached. I called customer service and was told some items don't come with tags? OK, I thought about it over the weekend. I called again, I was told the same thing. I went to iron the pants. The wrinkles in the back of the knee clearly told me these pants were USED. I called again. I got a supervisor. The pants a) should have had a tag and b) clearly someone did not inspect my shipment. Now I had to re-order the pants, ship back the old ones. Not a penny off for my aggravation and lies. Not a discount for my next order. Just a lame apology. They probably get away with this alot. The need better inspectors, and their customer service people better wake up. I will not order again, ever.
