Absolutely awful.
I received a broken sconce. I was told to get a replacement quickly I should just reorder it and wait for return information in 3 days. I did that.
First they charged me almost 40% more for the replacement. This took several phone calls and endless hassles to resolve.
Then, a week later still no credit information. Finally, after yet another round of phone calls and unanswered emails, I get a claim slip where I'm told I have to wait 45 to 60 days for a credit refund.
Extremely shoddy business practices. Extremely poor service.
Lighting is fragile. Every lighting supplier knows stuff will break. These bozos did not package it well at all. Then they lied about the credit and conned me into paying for another item. Then, after a huge headache, I'm told wait another two months.
