Horrific customer service!!! Literally the worst in the business!

I have never in my entire life experienced worse customer service than eDiets. I was on the Deliciously Yours program for 6 weeks, 4 of which were completely screwed up. Don't bother with the customer service phone number posted on the website. I have yet to receive a call back on 5 messages left with their call center. And sending a comment by email is worthless as well. I am still waiting for responses to emails sent on March 3rd. They ship incorrect food, and one week, shipped no food at all. They are quick to promise refunds, yet I have yet to see anything. Upon cancelling my service they still shipped food a week later.
After going in circles with the customer service rep I asked for a supervisor. I spoke with Omar and he was not only belligerent and incompetent, I was not even sure he could read. He gave me completely different information about my account than the rep before him had. Don't waste your time, as all it will do is frustrate you.
They promise fresh food-well think about it. How can anything that is shipped a week in advance be fresh? There are as many preservatives in there as in a frozen TV dinner. This is why you have to supply your own fruit and dairy products. Real fresh food goes bad long before their "meals" ever would. If we had a nuclear war, all that would be left is Deliciously Yours food and cockroaches.
Dispute all charges with your bank immediately if you are due a refund, because you will never see it. The phone number my bank gave me for this "company" is 877-968-7343, which is not posted anywhere on their webpage or in any of the literature. I was able to get through to someone almost immediately at this number.
