Hello Joe!
I don't know where to begin, but let me first start off with saying THANK YOU! You are my Angel! When I first called Refinance.com I honestly thought that you guys were going to tell me stuff that I wanted to hear, run my credit, and tell me NO! From the first phone call with JAY, I felt like you guys genuinely wanted to help ME! I know you don't know me personally but you made me feel so important. I was so scared, I was on the verge of losing my home if I didn't refinance! I was in one of those infamous adjustable rates which was at almost 11% and now I am at 7%! Can you believe it?! You have changed my life! Joe, I will never forget you! When I started to cry on the phone I know you probably thought I was a nut, but that was all I could get out. You are the best! I would recommend you to anybody and everybody. I can finally breathe again, knowing that I will not lose my home! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You probably will never know how much you have changed my life! You and Jay are the sweetest!
