Okay Logitech, You Impressed Me With Your Cordless Freedom Pro Keyboard and Mouse!

Because the NIMDA virus recently invaded our company, I was assigned to different tasks around the building. One of these tasks was to load various virus software upgrades to several desktop computers. While in one of these offices, I was surprised to see that the desktops were equipped with the Logictech Cordless Freedom™ Pro keyboard and mouse.
As I spent the next hours in that office, I became well acquainted with the Cordless Freedom Pro system to the extent where I was actually considering requisitioning these components for my own use.
The Components
Logitech’s Cordless Freedom Pro keyboard and mouse consists of an ergonomic cordless keyboard and ergonomic cordless mouse. These components are very attractively designed and are extremely attractive to use in any business executive’s office. With one touch, you can go to the Internet, read email, and cause your computer to automatically launch applications without the excess of clicking on icons or other means.
The system works absolutely flawless and I could not really get over the fact that the keyboard and mouse were cordless. I had the mistaken impression for quite some time that if you used one of these components that the desktop had to be literally “right” there for the keyboard or mouse to work.
I was totally incorrect on that one!
The Logitech Cordless Freedom Keyboard was inside of a wooden desk drawer at an angle totally away from the desktop that was down underneath the desk. As I used the keyboard, I just could not get over the fact that it was so responsive and quick. Being a fast typist with little tolerance for anything slowing me down, I often threaten peripheral equipment when it malfunctions. However, no matter what I tried to do the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro Keyboard responded promptly.
In addition I was also impressed with the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro Mouse as well. The mouse is much “thicker” than a typical ergonomic Microsoft mouse, but even with this thickness it feels very good in the palm of your hand.
Since I have Repetitive Stress Injury in my hands, having instruments that relieve stress from the tendons in my hands is of utmost importance. Clicking the mouse was very easy and I felt no stress whatsoever in my hands.
Amazingly, I tried very hard to try to get the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro Mouse to malfunction on the desktop by scrolling it all over the desk. Since the desktop was on the floor, I really thought this would be rather easy, but again I was wrong and the mouse did everything that I wanted it to do without problems.
The only thing that I didn’t do was to drop the components on the ground, but I think if I had done that the workers in the office would have thrown me out!
Seriously though, I was extremely impressed with the performance of the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro Keyboard and Mouse.

Recommendation
So far the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro Keyboard and Mouse have been in use now for at least four months. Since most of the other Logitech equipment that I have purchased in the past never lasted that long and showed sign of breakage in most instances after two months, this has changed my thoughts about Logitech in general.
Therefore, I highly recommendations for the Logitech Cordless Freedom Pro keyboard and mousefor purchase.
