At first dealing with a finance company on-line, I was concerned about dealing with a company without working with them face to face. But, to my surprise it was one of the easiest financing I have every done. I would recommend Refinance.com to anyone that needs to refinance their home. I had many concerns and questions because there was a lot I did not understand concerning the loan. The V.P. branch manager Gary Rossmann got involved and was very helpful and eased all my concerns and explained everything that I didn't understand. Gary always answered my calls and even came in on the weekend to get my deal done. I t was because of him and the great service I got that I closed the loan with Refinance.com. He ended up saving me and my family several hundred dollars per month and locked me into a great rate. I ended up going with this because of the customer service I received form the branch manager.
What I love about this product is that they were able to get me into a loan that I thought I would never be able to qualify for. They got me out of a bad loan that kept getting higher and higher every three months, that eventually I would not be able to afford the monthly payments. they saved me and my family. I do not hate anything about this company. Thank You Refinance.com and Gary Rossmann.
