DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!! I placed my order on 12-13-07, their website said the item was IN STOCK. I got an email they received my order and of course, charged my paypayl account. There was nothing further from them. I figured I had placed my order in time for the item to get here by Christmas. Even their website states the item would ship 5 days and to allow up to 15 days for the item to arrive by ground shipping. So I waited..... Finally on 01-01-08 my frustration level had hit the roof and I sent them an email describing my experience and my unhappiness. Can you believe they only will allow communication/complaints by EMAIL and then they state it will take them 72 hours for a reply to you. It should never be like that, that's unheard of. So today, 01-03-08 (within the 72 hours), I got my reply, woo-hoo!! First an email stating they received my order and would be billing me again for $55 and then another email cancelling my order and stating my money was being refunded. NO REASON or apology was given. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE, YOU WILL ONLY END UP FRUSTRATED AND NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE!!!
