Quick, easy to search for items. Low prices, fast shipping and great quality!! I am able to look for various items, and take my time without the constant pressure from sales associates. The prices are comparable and shipping is fast. I enjoy the experience at my leisure! I like the convenience of not having to rush into the store to get the deals and specials. It's all here at the tip of my fingers, 24-hours a day. Plus I'm not overwhelmed with information about items I'm not interested in, but instead it all about what I'm looking for. The ease of shopping on iKitchen.com is a unique and enjoyable opportunity. I have ordered in the past and I will continue to come back for more great deals, great selection, prompt shipping, and pleasant customer service. I received notification of my order being shipped shortly after ordering and the item arrived in great condition! Also the merchandise was as pictured and not some "comparable" substitute. The quality was better than I expected. The only thing that needs to be improved by iKitchen.com is the shipping costs. The shipping is not outrageous, but could always be improved. Regarding customer service, I was able to speak to an actual person within minutes of calling and they handled my concern promptly and without any problems. I also was drowned in other "sale" offers from the customer service assistant. ---
