"Delivery Speed" as expected UPS."Order accuracy",it was the right cartridge, but it was defective."NO Customer Service" to speak of, you e-mail them which is the only way they will communicate with you .They will get back with you most of the time, sometimes that evening maybe the next day, e-mails only. At some point you have to talk to the customer. The original order was a $36.00 canon e-40 toner cartridge which was defective on arrival.After I e-mailed Inkjet the first thing they did was charge my credit card with another $36.00 replacement cartridge. If they had contacted me in any way e-mail or phone ("heaven forbid") letting me know they were going to charge my credit card again I would have told them not to bother,just refund the entire transaction and I will return your defective . As I will not pay for their mistakes reguardless of what their policy is .I had a similar problem with INKJET SUPERSTORE about 2 to 3 years ago, which is the last time i dealt with Inkjet super store. Thought I would give them another shot,looks to me things haven't changed much if at all.As it stands right now my inkjet debt is, inclulding an insufficent fund fee is right at $100.00. A $36.00 original cartridge charge ,a $36.00 replacement cartridge charge , and $35.00 insufficent fee because i refuse to pay for the replacement,and have "E-MAILED" them to this affect.
"Overall Satisfaction", At this point all I have from INKJET SUPERSTORE is a bill and a "NIGHTMARE" still don't have a working cartridge or my money. Original order was placed on 4-6-7 today's date is 4-17-7 .Just thankful I was careful enough not to trust them with a big order.
