Customer service is the worst possible. I have had my phone since Mid January and have not received a bill yet. Long hold times and runarounds is all you will get when you call. I have called three times and have been given different answers every time. The first call I was told that it takes 45 days before you get the first bill so don't worry, the second time I was told I should be getting a bill any day and the third time I was told that they were behind and would send all bills out at the same time. I guess I will be getting a 500 or 600 dollar bill and be expected to pay immediately. I also don't like the fact that it is not a dual service plan meaning that if you are out of the range of a tower then you have no phone service. Basically that means if you are very far from an interstate you are out of luck.
