I like puzzles from Lights, Camera, Interaction!
The Product
Lights, Camera, Interaction Farm 9 Piece Wooden Peg Puzzle is similar to other wooden peg puzzles by Light, Camera, Interaction. There are 9 puzzle pieces; each puzzle piece has a small, approximately 0.25 inch diameter red peg for holding. The puzzle retails for about $10 and is available at stores such as Amazon.com. I purchased mine from a garage sale for $0.25.

My Experience
I love the puzzles by Melissa & Doug/Lights, Camera, Interaction!
The Farm 9 Piece Wooden Peg Puzzle is fun for little ones to play. The 9 pieces include a duck with baby ducks, a sheep, a horse, a chicken with a rooster and baby chicks, a pig with two little piggies, a goat, a cow, a farm, and a tractor. There are matching pictures in the respective slots, which makes it easy for little ones to find which puzzle piece fits in which slot. The red pegs make it easy to identify and easy to grab and place into the slots. The pegs work on a pincer grip, although I have noticed that younger children tend to do a gross grasp on the piece and then slide the puzzle piece into the slots. The puzzle pieces also fit nicely into their respective slots. They fall right into place; there is no need to wrestle the pieces into the slots.
I like the farm puzzle because it gives the kids an opportunity to identify the different animals. The kids like to make matching animal noises when they identify the animals.
The puzzle pieces are smooth and do not have any rough edges. This gives me piece of mind when allowing little ones to play with the puzzle. However, one of the peg pieces (the piggy one) has been damaged. It was purchased at a yard sale; I didn't notice what happened to the piggy piece. The peg has indented in and broken through the backside of the puzzle piece, leaving splinters and sharp wood pieces exposed. I have had a difficult time to try to push the red peg back towards the top of the puzzle piece. I did put some duct tape on the backside of the puzzle piece to hid the splinters, although now the piggy puzzle piece does not sit as flat into the puzzle board as the other pieces.
It is also a bit difficult to store peg puzzles because of the pegs that stick up. If there are multiple peg board puzzles, they must balance on top of each other.
I do like the Farm 9 Piece Wooden Peg Puzzle Piece, although I was a bit disappointed that one of the puzzle pieces did not last. I have quite a few other wooden peg puzzles and they have survived a lot of abuse; I just wish this one did as well.
Overall Thoughts
I like the Lights, Camera, Interaction! Farm 9 Piece Wooden Peg Puzzle as it offers a lot of play and interaction for little kids.
