Very disapointing, frustrating, and unsatisfying results!

Well considering I was told that my order was shipped on Friday, Oct 13, then had to e-mail customer service a week later because I was unable to track my order online, and then got an e-mail two days later stating:
Hello,
Please note that the following items are not in stock.
ANGEL-SEASON 1 DVD
ANGEL-SEASON 2 DVD
ANGEL-SEASON 3 DVD
Since we will not be able to ship these items, we cancelled them from your order and refunded your credit card including shipping & handling. The credit should appear on your account within two business days. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I am VERY dissapointed with this website. I strongly suggest looking for a reputable online merchant who knows what is going on with their business. I am unsure how long this "order" would have been left in limbo without me prodding with e-mails to customer service.
