I placed an order for 2 magazines on July 6, 2006. I had not received my magazines as of last week and so I sent an e-mail to the company asking what the problem was. I received a reply from a Meagan stating that it can take up to 20 weeks for magazines ...Return to opinion

I placed an order at MagsForLess on Sept 9, 2006.
I waited 12 weeks and reported the non-receipt of my order to MagsForLess. After a few attempts, I finally got a reply on December 7, 2006 saying...
"The issue has now been corrected. I went ahead and personally resubmitted your orders to the publisher and put a rush on it. You should receive your magazine within the next 4-12 weeks."
It has now been 20 weeks and I still have not received a single issue of any of the 3 magazines I ordered.
I also asked for status reports and no longer got any reply. They are non-responsive.
I was very upset that they messed up my order in the first place, and then I got upset that they don't follow through.
I filed a report with BBB.org, which already lists them as having an unsatisfactory record, and the FTC. I also asked a website who is a MagsForLess affiliate to help me. One week later, I got an email from MagsForLess...
