Don't be fooled by their "low" prices

A bad experience. Despite their lowball prices, they will not ship to you until you get a call pressuring you to purchase overpriced accessories. The batteries and charger they sent me were grossly misrepresented ("regularly $99, for you only $59,) This "state of the art" kit can be bought online for $14, and isn't usable in Europe as claimed. Despite being told I had 21 days to return anything, that's not true for batteries and many other items. The batteries were cheap 1800 ones, not the 2700's promised, The 3 year warrantee I bought (bought 2, they "threw in" the 3rd year) came with absolutely no paperwork, only a listing on the invoice. And such an invoice- Everything is listed, but the only dollar amount is on the main item, in this case a camera. So that camera ended up costing MORE than if I'd gone into a retail store! To make it worse, I had to go out and pay $39 to buy a decent battery charger/batteries. Google "preferred photo reviews" to see hundreds more reviews like mine on this and other sites. I wish I had!! This company, and the others AKA allegedly populate e-commerce sites with false positive reviews. The only positive I would add is that the camera itself did arrive in good condition in 2 days. If I knew what I know now, I would have bought it in a store with no waiting and come out ahead!!! There are many good internet merchants out there. This is one to avoid IMHO. And take all reviews and star ratings you see on price comparison sites with a pound of salt!
