I shopped around locally for Hunter Douglas wood and faux wood blinds. The prices I received from yourblinds.com were almost 50% less than my local Hunter Douglas dealers.
I did some comparison shopping on the web for the the same Hunter Douglas products and yourblinds.com was very comparable. They may not of always been the cheapest on price but they were very close within a few dollars difference on each item.
One of the main reason I purchased from yourblinds.com was their excellent customer service record according to other people leaving positive reviews.
Since I was ordering 8 Hunter Douglas blinds I had no concerns that Hunter Douglas would stanby by their products but I was very concerned with some of the other Hunter Douglas dealers on the web that claimed to be "the best"
I purchased my Hunter Douglas wood blinds from yourblinds.com and they arrived on time as promised. I did have some issues with a couple of the blinds being damaged in transit which the yourblinds.com customer service quickly resolved by ordering replacement blinds.
I also had some problems with a couple of the wood valances not meeting correctly in the corners that had to be re-ordered several times to correct the problem.
Once again the customer service team at yourblinds.com was awesome to deal with. No matter if I called them or send them an email they responded the same day or the next day.
I mostly worked with Tracie and she was awesome. I wish she sold other products like cars or homes because I would buy those items from her also.
I didn't plan on needing the customer services on the blinds but I am really glad that I purchased them from a dealer that stands behind their products and customers.
I will buy futher window treatments from yourblinds.com
