The Albertson's Online Grocer has been a life saver for my family. Reason being is my grandparents can't get out that easily anymore. With them living in the northwest and my family living in the south its hard to do anything that can help them out, until now. My grandmother can call my mom at work, who can go online for her and do all of her shopping, and have in delivered to her for only a 9.95 fee. Which in the long run isn't that bad. Sometimes my grandmother has to do some other erans, so she will leave the house, my mom can still do her shopping for her, and when she gets to the store its already done for her, and the baggers will load up her car for her. They always are so friendly when they come to my grandparents house, always offering to help unload if needed. They have never been late, so they delivery speed is incredible. They have some of the best customer service, my grandparents say they are always a pleasure to talk too. The overall satisfaction with this company is 5 stars. They have made it so easy for a family who lives cross country from each other able to help one another. We can't wait for our state to get this wonderful service. Even though my family isn't disabled, my Mom could still do her shopping at work, pick up my brother from school, and have the order delivered to the house by 5pm. Its such a time saver, and a true value.
