These things can happen. It always pays to get a confirmation in writing from the hotel to save grief later on.

At those prices, I think this service bears another look!

$50 just to book on their web site.

I think I'd be dropping a lot more than just 2 stars off the rating for that one! (Have to check it out though and see for meself...)
