bad communication, customer disregard

In the past, I have always been pleased by the performance of this store, but recently I had a really BAD experience.
I ordered a $630 amplifier, which seemed like a good deal, along with some other items.
I received a notice that the amp was shipped, with a FedEx tracking number.
However, the day the shipment was supposed to arrive, only the other items arrived. The FedEx tracking showed that the package was received and signed for!
When I called Music123, they told me that the package hat not shipped! And they also told me that their software is faulty, because it shows sometimes that a package is shipped, while it was not shipped, Also, they said that there are "thousands of orders" backlogged!
Anyway, I should be patient, it would be shipped "next week".
I waited for another whole week, and still did not hear anything from them.
The communication of this company is very bad. They show utter disregard for their customers when it comes to problems like these. My emails were answered, but nobody seemed to care about the shipment.
I ended up cancelling the order, finding another supplier, who also had a much better price on the amp.
