I was horrified by my experience with this company. As a business professional I am used to being treated fairly and with respect. Although my order was placed easily and I found the merchandise I needed at a good price, I had not received my order after 4 days, despite paying extra for 2 day shipping. My order status was unclear when checked it on line, so I called to inquire as to what it's status was and when it would be delivered. This is where things went bad. The staff at ebuyer told me my merchandise had not been shipped because they were unable to contact me. They said they had tried via phone, cellphone and email. I told them that I had received no messages from them via any of those routes, but I would contact my credit card company to update my shipping address (which apparently created the hold-up) if they would send my product air overnight. I was counting on having it for business purposes which is why I paid extra for the quick ship. If they were to send it overnight, I would only be getting it 2 days later than I had paid for, but still in time to avoid anything other than a major inconvenience. They refused to ship it overnight, and basically called me a liar, told me that the delay was not their fault, and despite the fact that I could prove I did not receive any communications from them they would not honor my request. I canceled my order and will not make any further purchases through them. I have purchased quite a few items on-line through multiple companies and have never had such an unsettling experience.
