I reently purchased my second Panasonic Plasma TV from Visual Apex - within the past year.
I was originally hesitant to make such a large purchase for a product I had never seen over the internet. A friend recommended Visual Apex to me and after speaking to their customer service rep, I felt confident to place my order. The order arrived on time and was excellently packaged.
For my next set - the hard to find 50 inch Panny, I went straight back to Visual Apex. I chose them not only because they had an excellent price, but because I felt I could trust them.
When waiting for the Pannys which were back ordered, I ended up changing my order for the NEC. The order was part shipped to me when the Pannys became available. I wanted to go back to my original choice and the Visual Apex rep allowed me to change my order and ship the part shipped item for no re-stocking fee.
Needless to say the order arrived on time and in excellent condition. The driver even carried it in doors and helped me unpack the set!
I would highly recommend that if you are in the market for a Panasonic set, give Visual Apex a call. You won't be disappointed.
Small touches like including the BNC-RCA adaptors are one way in which you can differentiate truly customer oriented companies from others.
