Do No shop at Dicks!

This was the worst online experience I have every had. I ordered an Elliptical machine from Dicks because the price was good and the shipping rate low. I first attempted to buy the item in their store...but found out not only are they not affiliated, but the store will not match online prices. I went home and ordered the machine online.
The website did warn that it would not be shipped for 5-10 business days while it was being located. The shipping would take another 5-10 business days. I checked back often to see if it had shipped, but the website only said "located in stock". The next day I received a UPS notice at home. I checked the status once more, and it still said "located in stock". I called UPS to find out who the package was from. It was from ICON Fitness. After a little investigation I discovered that ICON fitness sells sporting goods. I called their 800 number and asked if they are affiliated with Dicks. They said "maybe". I explained what was happening and he said, "yes it is possible the machine is coming from us".
I took a day off of work to have the item delivered and UPS never showed up. Today I have been waiting and nothing. By the way, yesterday Dicks emailed me with an invalid tracking number saying that the machine shipped today.
Dicks should really look at their service and online site. Please beware and spend your money somewhere else.
