Rude, unhelpful, arrogant ... my worst ever internet shopping experience

Their web site promises great things. It says questions and concerns "will be handled promptly and thoroughly until you are satisfied". It trumpets "serious customer service" as a major advantage of buying from Healthy Foundations. It promises "we are happy to answer all your questions".
Do not believe it!!
I was ready to buy, credit card in hand. I just wanted to know three things: the ILD number of the 5 lb pads, the cost for shipping to Alaska, and the relative softness of 2" versus 3" pads.
I called the 800 number. No person to talk to (ever, apparently). Recorded message says phone calls will not be returned, answers by email only. So, I left my questions in a short voice mail along with my email address. The answer came back: we need more information from you. So I took time out of my day and wrote a more detailed email, trying to give David enough information to answer these 3 simple questions. A phone conversation would have been so much quicker and easier, but they don't do that.
The email answer came back: since I require so much time and attention, and since David is busy, I should find another re-seller! I swear I did nothing to provoke this. I was so taken aback I couldn't believe what I was reading. I just figured he was having a bad day, so I wrote again, saying not to worry I could wait a few days for an answer, and all I really needed was shipping cost and ILD number, he could skip the question about relative softness.
The answer came back again, only this time more rude, telling me to find another merchant.
Believe me, I will do just that. And on the way out the door I will tell everyone I know NOT to patronize Healthy Foundations (for memory foam or for little red wagons!). Whatever kind of scam this business is running or has run in the past, they are NOT currently in the business of customer service!!! Do not waste your time here.
