Found this vender through epinions.com and was advertized that the DVD player I wanted was in stock for the lowest price and lowest shipping. So went to the website which stated the item was "in stock". 2 weeks, no DVD player. E-mailed customer service once, got an automated response. E-mailed again, another automated response. This went on for a week. Finally found a number to call and she said she would get back to me in 24 hours. NO CALL! Finally they e-mailed me back that the item was on back-order and you may get it sometime in the near decade. I asked for a refund, no refund, no DVD player, steer clear of these people. I even asked for a comparable DVD player to be sent instead, I got another canned "automated response". I got taken in a big way. I will be contacting the BBB and my state's attorney general and fraud.org over this and see if they can do anything.
