Pros: They offer excellent customer service. Packages to suit any ones needs.

Cons: I can't think of any at the moment.

I have been a Verizon Wireless subscriber for over a year now. They have a great package available to all types of users, whether you use the cell phone a lot or a little, there is a package to suit all your needs. They are prompt and thorough when it comes to there customer service and keep you up to date on any changes that are taking place. Any discrepancies that take place on your bill, they are quick to rectify it for you. It is my opinion that Verizon offers the complete package. I use them for my mobile phone, home phone and High Speed internet.
