I placed an order online with this company for a Minolta Dimage A1 camera. Unfortunately, I did not do the responsible thing and read the store reviews before I did this. The company claimed the camera was in stock and had a really good price. They sent me an email confirmation and asked me to call and confirm. When I did, I was routed to the sales dept, which tried to sell me all kinds of accessories including a warranty. I responded that it came with the 1yr manufacturer's warranty and I was told that it came with no warranty as these products were International products and not U.S. At that point, I asked when the shipping would occur and if I could get a tracking number. I was told that the shipping would happen sometime next week and I could call next week and "hopefully" they would know when. I asked him then if the product was in stock like they claimed and they said "no". I asked for the order to be cancelled, but at this moment, I have still not gotten a refund on my Amex that they charged when I placed the online order. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company. Please take heed and use a trusted store from this site. These people are crooks and not to be trusted!
