I discovered Ebuyer through Pricegrabber as I was shopping for a Canon i960. Ebuyer had good reviews and a good price. The $8.00 shipping charge was very resonable considering buy.com charged $26 to ship the same item. Even with the $8 shipping charges Ebuyer still beat the other major ecommerce vendors. I found website navigation and ordering very simple. Only issue I had was with the real time inventory updating. I wasnt sure if it was working correctly or not. Item subtotal and shipping cost through checkout was as advertised and exactly what I was charged. I received a confirmation email that contained all the info to allow me to track the order from invoicing through shipment. The web site did estimated delivery time of about 8 days, but the printer arrived much earlier. A couple days later, I used the provided tracking link and was given shipping information about my order. I also checked the tracking information on Fedex site and received the exact same info. Printer arrived ahead of Ebuyer's estimate but on time with FedEx's tracking info. My order was accurate, on time and in perfect condition. Overall I am very happy with my order from Ebuyer.
