Pros: Huge phone book.
Cons: Everything else!!!
The Bottom Line: Won't purchase new one when it breaks. Won't be disappointed either. It doesn't do basic functions; like make calls and receive calls. Find something else. Doesn't get WORSE than this!!!

I have had my a310 for 11 months and am totally unsatisfied. I work in an Air Traffic Control tower with line of site to EVERYTHING, yet I still drop calls left and right. Strange thing is I have a full digital signal strength. I took it back to Verizon and told them about the problem. They swapped the phone out for free thinking that it was the phone itself. I soon found out that it is the model because my new one does it too. The screen and buttons are supposed to light up blue when you flip it open, mine lights up when it wants to. Lots of times I have to close it and open it again to get it to light up. I can't stand the ring tones provided and you can't DL any new one so I just put it on vibrate to save myself from having to throw it off the tower rather than listen to its crappy ring tones one more time. Phone won't ring but all of a sudden I get a voice message. If I can get that signal, "How come it won't ring?" I could go on and on. Bottom line don't buy it.
