These guys should be the norm, not the exception!

The web is not what it used to be! I remember the days when one didn't have to worry about unscrupulous business establishments trying to cheat people out of their money when shopping online. I guess we don't live in that world anymore. When I decided to buy the products that I did, I was at times tempted to try my luck with some of these dealers who offer amazing bargains. After reading scary stories, I turned away, and was about to buy from the big house (B&H). But then, I came across the ratings for The Best Things. I was impressed that they had good prices and an excellent customer review record. I love supporting the little guys, for the sake of competition, so I did. Boy did I make the right choice! I could not be happier with my shopping experience. I normally don't write reviews. I'm the kind of person who likes to read them, but I rarely, if ever, "give back" by writing a review myself. This time, I feel almost obligated to do so. Not that The Best Things needs my review; their current rating is amazing!! But it never hurts to reinforce the positive and commend people for excellent service! BTW, I did have to call their customer service twice for issues unrelated to the quality of service, so I have experienced their customer service. I am not just commenting on a web experience; their phone staff (especially Jodie) rules!
