It was my birthday recently, and one of the gifts I received took me straight from being “Plain Old MumMumMum” to being “Cool Mum”. Who knew that the stylish, stainless steel charm bracelet, filled with loving charms from my children, is the same hot-ticket item that everyone from Paris Hilton to Hilary Duff to Missy Elliot is wearing? So it came as a pretty big surprise to me when I started receiving compliments left and right from people regarding my fashionable Zoppini Italian Charm Bracelet.
What is a Zoppini Charm Bracelet? Well, in 1995 two brothers, Mauro and Manuel Zoppini launched the Zoppini line in Florence, Italy. In 1998 Jonathan Ponsard introduced Zoppini to the US market. Zoppini modular charm bracelets are available in 18K gold and stainless steel, in small, medium, and large sizes. They’re modular charm bracelets made up of handcrafted, interchangeable links. The bracelets stretch to fit over your hand, which makes it very easy to take them on and off. The links, or charms as they’re usually called, come in a variety of styles. The appeal of these bracelets is to create something unique, something that no one else has, and something that has great meaning to the wearer. With that in mind, and knowing that my eight-year-old daughter is called SoccerGirl, it should come as no surprise that one of the charms I received was a Zoppini Soccer Link.
The Zoppini Soccer Link is a beautifully crafted link that fits perfectly onto my Zoppini Bracelet. It is stainless steel and has a soccer ball on it, obviously! The raised half-circle soccer ball adds a nice texture and detail to what could be an otherwise flat bracelet. The ball itself is white and black enamel, and has gold trim around the hexagon shapes in the ball. It is very clearly a soccer ball, no mistaking that. The link itself is approximately 3/8” x 1/4”, as are all the other links on my bracelet. The Zoppini Soccer Link is the perfect charm for any soccer fan, soccer player, or soccer mom.
I was a little worried about the bracelet at first since I have extremely sensitive skin and a lot of allergies to many different metals. I have worn my stainless steel bracelet daily and I haven’t had even the hint of a rash or a hive. Of course, I’m sticking with Zoppini charms, such as the beautiful Zoppini Soccer Link , which is stamped with the Zoppini name on the back, and I am certain that I will have no problems wearing this bracelet. With the Zoppini charms, I am assured that I will always carry memories with me whenever I wear it. One of those memories will always be of my little eight-year-old SoccerGirl.
