I placed the order for a Minolta 7Hi late tuesday evening. I selected next day delivery. The next day I had a message to call them for order confirmation. I was not able to get back to them until the evening. The order then did not ship until thursday.
On friday the package arrived. I was not expecting to get the mem card I ordered because the site showed it was "on order" and not in stock. Both the camera and the memory card were at the doorstep when I arrived home from work.
So to sum it up. The whole process was painless. If I had given them a better contact phone number I would have gotten the order a day sooner but that is my fault. When I returned the call to talk to the order confirmation people they were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
The only thing I had a problem with is the web site account order information. It is about 12 to 20 hours behind the actual order events. I WAS HOLDING my package in MY hands but the buy.com web site still indicated my order was "sent to warehouse" and not "shipped" or "delivered". So don't rely on that info.
