Bought a modem. It was defective, so asked for a refund and was told they only refund the purchase price (not shipping and handling) and that they'll charge a 15% re-shelving fee if THEY think the product is NOT defective (THEY get to make that call). Buyer pays to ship back too. Total cost: $65.01 ... refund: $41.65 -- It cost me $23 for them to ship junk! And get this: None of these terms are disclosed until AFTER you ask for a refund! Emails are often ignored (sent several that were not answered) as well. Avoid this vendor!
