This is my second H.P. Inkjet printer. The first one was great, but it was to slow for my needs, and was a tad noisy. This one (The 970 Cse), is the best. Not only does it print really nice graphics and type, but it does it very quickly and quietly also. It can hold a lot of paper, and can even print on both sides automatically, though not at one time. If you want 2 sided printing, you put in the paper and it turns it over itself. The pictures are beautiful, and paper jams are very rare. It cost me $399, which is a bargain, considering what it can do. It has a button that stops the printing in middle and cancels the print job, something all printers should have. It also warns you when the toner is low, and actually tells you how much you have left. Envelopes jam a bit more, so if that's what you need I wouldn't go with this version.
