WOW, what a great software package. The Print Shop has to be the best investment ever!
I have made get well cards and welcome home posters using photos I took of my grand children. At Christmas I made labels for Christmas presents using photos of our pets. I've made invitations, newsletters, posters & greeting cards. I've downloaded photos into my own art and can use them anytime.
Just before Christmas, a district manager for Wal*Mart (where I work) was killed in a tragic accident. Our group wanted to do some fund raisers for this small children, so I used his photograph, and a graphic art wreath, printed out on labels and adhered them to old pins furnished by our store, covered them with clear contact paper. It took some time to get it just right, but everyone was really impressed.
So, don't limit yourself. Be an explorer and let the sky be your limit - or maybe space these days!
BUT the early versions of Print Shop had some great simple graphics. As upgrades occurred, some of these simple graphics have been lost. I think it is time to bring them all back, and then go on. My current version Print Shop 10, is great but I really don't like having to insert a disc every time I want a new graphic, that gets tedious sometimes.
Otherwise - great job Broderbund - keep up the good work. Oh, and their web site is great too!
