The website and products offered are excellent. Unfortunately, they always arrive badly dented. I complained and after three e-mails from me I got an apology. The second time I complained three e-mails from me produced NOTHING, not even a form e-mail thanking me for my feedback. About 1/3 of the items ordered were badly dented, some so badly that I felt it was unsafe to use them. Sad to say I'll have to find a new place to order from because my sick cat needs this product.

It would be great if I could get case breaks on Chlorhexiderm instead of purchasing by the bottle. I will continue to look for case sales, but I will continue to shop here. Raising Springers and English Setters I go through a large qty of flush.

My biggest complaint is that it seemed to take a long time following my vet's approval to get the interceptor. the order was placed with Allivet on 11/28 and I didn't receive it until 11/7. My entire order to Vet America was placed earlier. I was not notified that the ear cleaner wasn't available until 11/6 or 11/7. Now I need to come up with another ear cleaner and my poor dog's ears are a mess! I've ordered from Vet America before and had no problems.

You did not have the quantity I requested. Your service rep. call to inform me of the problem and if I wish to wait for the back order product or to change my amount. I changed and the product was shipped out in a timely manner.
