I bought a house with softwood floors that had been saturated in dog urine over several years.  Tried everything at the pet store to remove the odor.  If anything, they made them worse.  Tried mineral spirits to evaporate the odor.  Helped a little.  Found SCOE 10X online and had nothing to lose.

This product works, but follow the directions to the letter. 

Pros: Not only does the product work like no other, they have great customer support.
Cons: A little on the expensive side, but not as much as new carpet!

SCOE 10X is the only product I have found that eliminated cat urine odor in my carpet.  It is a probiotic (a good bacteria/living organism) that literaly eats the source of the odor.  Those who did not have success probably did not follow the directions to a T due to lack of understanding of the product and how it works.  The product has to contact the source of the odor.  When you think about it, when an animal goes on the carpet, the liquid spreads out under the carpet and you can not see how far it has gone.  In my experience, the cat had been going in the same place for some time and I had to treat by injecting the product under the carpet.  BioFog has a little gizmo for this purpose.  Stick with this product - this is the only one with permanent results.  I can say that confidently after finding that our new cat picked an out of the way corner and went to town!  The stink was awful, but now it is completely gone.  We spend tons of money on the enzyme products that did no good at all before finding SCOE10X

SCOE 10X is an absolute rip off. It does not work well on pet urine and smoke and it has a slightly offensive odor on initial spraying. It hides some odor but performs poorly in comparison to the below products, I purchased, after SCOE 10X. You'll be better served purchasing other odor eliminating products (Fabreze, or Odor Cide). 
The reviews with 5 stars (max) and one stars (min) is an indicator that the company, or friends of the company, are reviewing SCOE 10X, in order to raise the average! It is very suspicious, don't you think? Save yourself the time and headache. This is a poor product.  A refund does not appear too promising based off of other comments.

Pros: It works for pet odors including (what we believe was) cat urine.
Cons: The needle broke on the injection kit the first day of use in the carpet.

My husband & I move to a new appartment. It's a great price to rent but had a funny odor just on the down stairs carpet. It was steamed cleaned, then we carpet cleaned it ourselves & used our Dyson to remove hair & odors. It helped but didn't kill the odor. We went to PetSmart to buy something for the odor but they were in the $30-$40 range for anything that looked like it would work. My Mom found SCOE 10X online & I figured for the cost I'd try it. It seemed to work right off the bat. I did notice a couple of areas that it hung around but we treated again & it did the trick. The previous kitty or pooch must have had a few favorite places to go on the carpet. Overall, we are very happy with the results but the needle broke right away.

Pros: The product is non-toxic and environmentally friendly, but unfortunately, it didn't work for us.
Cons: The product did not work and the company did not honor its guarantee.

We were very excited to try this product and used it exactly as directed to treat an animal urine odor. The first application failed to lessen the odor, so we tried again, saturating the problem area on our floor even more thoroughly. Alas, after a 36-hour drying period, the floor still smelled as bad as ever. We contacted the company to ask what we did wrong (thinking that perhaps we had received a defective batch) but after a dozen or more unreturned calls to their customer service number (actually, an answering service) we simply gave up. So much for their money back guarantee! I wish I knew who wrote the glowing testimonials on their website; SCOE 10X simply did not work for us.

Cons: There are no cons when a product actually works.

SCOE 10X is the only odor eliminator that I have used that removes cat urine.

I have tried all of the other store bought products including Nature's Miracle, Urine-Off, Urine Gone and even tried Zero Odor. None of them worked. I was pretty frustrated and desperate when I Googled urine remover and found the SCOE 10X website. I was really impressed with all the information on the site.

Are you kidding me, what other company has the stones to sell a "Proof it Works Kit" that lets you test their product with skunk oil and animal urine? That sold me.

I had a long conversation with their rep who explained exactly how to use SCOE 10X. They have a fascinating story.

I suspect that someone who can't make SCOE 10X work for them is not following the instructions.
