Pros: More ergonomic controller, feels great to hold! Two analog sticks. Cons: Two analog sticks resulting in a loss of one button.
Well, I must say, I love holding this controller. It is smaller than the Nintendo 64 controller, and feels MUCH better to hold, also.
The Gamecube controller is about four inches wide, and about about...

Pros: No. Freaking. Wire. Cons: Lack of Rumble.
OK. So Nintendo isn't doing anything revolutionary here, what with there being wireless controllers in the past. But nothing has come close to the comfort and dependancy of the gray matter known as the Wavebird.
Now, upon opening the package,...

Pros: portability, long battery life, no cords Cons: no rumble feature
The WaveBird Wireless controller is a great buy. You get all the controls of the standard GCN controller, but without the hassle of those long, tangly cords. No more mom-walking-by only to have accidentally tripping over the wires and pulling them out....

Pros: A wireless controller that actually works! Cons: No rumble feature, I only want to misplace my remote control!
Wireless controllers have been around since the NES came out. It's gone on to almost every major system from then. It seems like a great idea, but it can never be done right. I have never seen a wireless controller that actually works properly. You know....

Pros: Great design, flawless operation, no line of sight needed! Cons: Channel selector, size, spouse looking askance at absurd victory dances
Shortly after the Gamecube was released, I purchased one for my 6 year old, who (like me) happens to be a video game fanatic. I have to admit that when I first opened the box, the controllers provided seemed really small for my oversized adult...

Pros: Durable, long battery life, flawless connection, and CHEAP! 25 bucks! Cons: Joysticks are noticeably higher sensitivity, very very tiny lag. That's it.
A neighbor of mine got four of these suckers, and I'm always skeptical of anything but the original Nintendo controllers. I've had sooo many bad experiences with 3rd party controllers (every one I have bought, I've kicked myself for later. Without a ...

Pros: Performs just like a normal controller, long battery life, no wires Cons: No rumble feature, but you'll barely miss that
I asked for a WaveBird controller for my birthday and my brother bought one for me. I have not gone back to a regular controller since then.
The WaveBird is awesome, to say the least. There is no lag time in response, so it's just like...

Pros: Long Battery Life, Long Range, Less Clutter, Inexpensive Cons: No Rumble, no auto-off
Freedom!!!! Before Wavebird, if I didn't want to sit ON THE FLOOR 10 feet away from my TV, I had to go over to the Entertainment center, open the glass door, pull the entire system out, and drape cables across the room. Not to mention the $25...

Pros: Great wireless controller for the Game Cube Cons: No rumble or vibration function
This has to be one of the best wireless controllers for Nintendo Game Cube. I have never been a big fan of third party controllers and once I saw that Target had this on sale for 29.95, I had to get it! This controller is licensed by Nintendo.
...

Pros: RF frequency is the way to play Cons: Missing the rumble capability
If you have ever had to deal with tripping over wires, pulling out the plug during gameplay or anyone walking in front of you while playing, this is the item for you. The Wavebird's RF frequency was the best idea Nintendo had for this product. I...

Pros: No more cord extensions!!! Cons: Could have been rechargable.
Being as big a Nintendo fan as I am it is hard to find things wrong with the Gamecube. Still, if I had to give one, then I guess the short cords on their controllers would have to be it. Don't get me wrong, I love the layout of the OEM controller, but...

Pros: Wireless, Long battery life, Nintendo Quality name Cons: No warning light for batteries
Nintendos latest innovation, the Wavebird Wireless Controller, is all it was hyped up to be. Powered by two AA batteries, this little baby can run for hours on end without giving you any problems. No longer are you restricted by those wires that...

Pros: Comfortable, innovative design Cons: Breaks in days
Everyone claims that Nintendo makes the finest controllers for its Gamecube system; that would make perfect sense. Yet, our experience has been that this controller falls apart in just a few days of intermittent play.
Within the first three...

Pros: No cords to tangle or trip on. Cons: No other colors but that ugly "computer gray" color.
I love playing video games. But sometimes, it's hard to fully enjoy them if you can't recline and relax into it. Maybe I should explain a little bit about this. Here's the scenario: In my house, the television is propped up to eye level if one is ...
