A. This is not a review of the product itself, only of my experience with this company.

This company is extremely hard to deal with. They promise an easy return guarantee but give you the third degree if you do call for a product return authorization. They will do everything short of giving you a refund on this product.

You'd probably be more satisfied just flushing $72 down your toilet at home!

I had tried other Hoodia products with no success. I went ahead and ordered Natural Health because of the infomercial on TV. I liked that they had a medical doctor and the reporter from the BBC. I read about him on other websites but it looks like he only endorses this one. I didn't think I noticed anything until my husband pointed out that I didn't eat much at dinner one night. Then I started to notice that I just wasn't as hungry. I would still get hungry but when I'd eat, I'd feel full before I finished my whole meal.

Obviously I didn't return the product so I haven't had any problems with customer service. I did call to get another order for my daughter and thought the girl was really helpful. She even gave me a free sample of their Hoodia gum.

The gum is amazing! I tried chewing them at work. It was someone's birthday and I didn't even want a piece of the cake! I only had a sample of 15 pieces but am certainly going to order more.
