total scan. Do NOT order here. They wanted me to buy accesories only. When they heard i did not want any, they said the camera would take 4 weeks to arrive, although it was IN stock and their website states all orders arrive within 10 business days.

this was the WORST EXPERIENCE!!! THESE PEOPLE AT DIGITAL ARE UNKIND AND UNHELPFUL, i ordered a camera, and its been two weeks, my order has been "on hold", they tried and tried to SELL me on all of these "extras", they were very short and downright rude on the phone too..my camera was actually never in stock, and i just canceled the order, please stay away from this company!

I ordered a Panasonic mini DV digital camcorder almost 20 days ago. At this point the order still hasn't even shipped, even though the website still says they have it "in stock".
Like others, they called me the day after I placed an order and tried to sell me accessaries.
I've sent an e-mail which was never replied, and I just made a phone call today and they still told me it's going to take 2-3 weeks before it ships. The guy on the phone didn't even apologize for this.
I'm probably going to cancel this order. I don't recommend this store for anyone.

Be careful. If you can find other place, do not try this. I wonder why they got certified from shopping.com. Their attitude is poor. And they will call you to sell you something. And their delivery is late. Their return policy is poor too.

They cancel your order with no reason and notice

After I ordered a Nikon D70 Kit the salesperson was pushing me into buying a bunch of accessories. I refused and than he told me that shipping will take 30 days! I told him to send the item just as it was ordered with 3-5 day shipping. After a week when nothing was happening I called this company and they told me my order was cancelled. Now I keep sending them emails to try to get their opinion but still haven't received no response.

:( STAY AWAY! I ordered 2 Fuji FinePix A310. The site showed the camera in stock. The following day I received an e-mail asking me to call to confirm. Mark stated that they only had one camera in stock (The web still shows the product in stock!) and that their policy is only one per customer. (Not stated on the site.) I've lost time and still need to find 2 cameras.

be careful. read those one star experience before you go for it.
I place an order online. There is no movement for two days. Then the guy Mike called me to sell me something else. I told him I am not interested in it. Then he confirmed my order. When I found there is no further progress on the fourth day, I called to cancel it. They said it is ok. So I ordered from buydig which immediately sent to me.
But I got another camera after I got the one from buydig which is actually ordered later too. I called them to ask why. They said it is me to call to place a second order and then call to cancel the first order. That is why I still got one.
1. It is a weird company. I wonder why they called me. buydig never do that.
2. They still want to sell you something even you cancel it. That is why their shipping is later then buydig. Remember that buy dig order is four days later than it.
I will never do business with this company again.

Dishonest and probably fraudulent

WORST ONLINE RETAILER EVER. After I ordered an item that was marked as "In Stock", there was an automatic email response, then NOTHING for 2 weeks, despite my repeated attempts to contact them. Absolutely completely utterly not the way to do business. Probably involved in fraud or unethical business practices. Complete waste of my time. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!

Click for Digital is the typical store that after receiving the order, calls you to verify information and ALSO to offer you a great variety of accessories. If you buy the accessories then the camera will be shipped immediately but if you decide JUST to buy the camera then the camera is automatically placed in Backorder. I still don't know will shopping.com says this is a "Trusted Store".

Ordered a Sony DCR-HC42 for my son because of the good price, guarantee of new unit, and warranty. After the order was placed, I received an email confirmation. I received a call the next day from the company to verify my shipping address. I declined to purchase accessories recommended. After 7 days of waiting for a ship date for the item I started trying to contact the company. 1 phone call, 4 emails, and 2 faxes with no response. Since the company does not permit cancellation by email, I sent a fax to cancel the order. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Before buying this camera online, I called CFD and verified that the item was in stock. Their web references also (always!) say "in Stock". After ordering, two weeks have gone by and all I'm getting is hemming and hawing about how I just missed the remaining in stock items, and how their distributor has failed THEM.
I also suspect the honesty of all the 5-Star reviews, which are too gushing with praise, and some of which have strikingly similar language.

I don't think this company stocks anything that they claim to sell on their site. I think they order goods in, as customers place orders. So if they have a delay with their supplier (which is almost all the time), you end up waiting to. It doesn't mater how fast shipping you purchase, they take ages sending goods out.
When I placed an order for a car stereo, they still hadn't shipped it out a week later. When I rang and complained, they offered to change the shipping to 2 day, but 4 days later, nothing turned up. I then rang them and cancelled the order and once again I was told they could get the goods to me the next day. It took them 2 weeks to get nothing to me, why was I going to believe them now? So I cancelled the order, and purchased the same goods from another online store and got the goods a day later.
Stay away from these liars.

Ordered Nikon Coolpix 5600 on evening of June 9, 2005, paying extra for 3-5 day shipping. Received a call from a sales rep the next afternoon to "confirm the order" and try to sell additional accessories. Was told the item was in stock & would ship on June 15, after Jewish holidays. I called them on June 22 and the item still hadn't been shipped. Demanded upgraded shipping -- jury out on this little point. Wish I had seen prior opinions before ordering. Will never use these folks again even if they're the only one to carry an item -- as if they carry any items!
