Best Vacuum is fantastic. I ordered the vacuum I wanted, after vast research, and received in 2 days. No Shipping, no tax...which saved me a considerable amount of money. Plus best vacuum was the only company...other than Dyson...where I could purchase this vacuum at this great deal.

WE HAVE SEVERAL CATS AND TWO DOGS, WE HAVE TRIED MANY VACUUMS WITHOUT MUCH SUCCESS. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR SOMETHING LIKE THIS FOR A LONG TIME. IT IS EXCEPTIONAL AND I AM EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH IT. IT DOES EVERYTHING. SUCKS UP CAT LITTER ON FLOORS AND CARPET, AND ESPESCIALLY HAIR, WHICH IS OUR MAIN PROBLEM.
I WOULD RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

Placed order online with ease and received merchandise in timely manner. Only problem I experienced was when I called the vendor to order by phone, they said that this piece of merchandise could only be ordered online. Didn't see anything on their website to indicate that certain items couldn't be ordered through 800 number listed on site.
