It took long time to process the order. I don't know whenever my package will be delivered. I'm going to travel soon, but the tracking status still be schedule delivery on Jan-08 while my order was placed on Dec 17.

The order was placed on 9/21 I have not rec'd confirmation of the order nor information with regard to shipment. Totally unacceptable. Other items ordered from other merchants on the same day have arrived and I am still waiting on this merchant to notify me of something. They have my money, but I don't have the merchandise. Not a pleasant experience.

I ordered five tubes of toothpaste. One tube arrived sealed in its box; however, the cap was missing and the tube dried out. I have not yet contacted the shipper as I was waiting for this survey to arrive.
