Only shortcoming in my view was seller did not notify me where item was coming from - and shipper initially did not show this in their tracking information. Also, it seemed like the shipping company was slow in updating the tracking information available to me online. Finally, I did not know what would happen at my end with regard to scheduling delivery, etc. As it turned out, once the online tracking information showed that the range was at the shipping company's local warehouse, I contacted them directly in order to schedule delivery to my residence. Shipping company people were super nice, however, and item arrived absolutely unscathed. Thanks! Read more

I found the exact product I wanted at a reasonable price, with free delivery and zero sales tax -- amazing! The online tracking didn't work because the item was sent freight -- by the company's on truck from NJ to CA. We got a call the day before letting us know they'd be out to deliver and they even hit their delivery window as stated.

Took over 10 weeks for items to be delivered, made 5 phone calls, was promised that order would be shipped on certian day and it was not. finnally talked to someone who realized that some sort of an error had occured and corrected it and the order was then shipped as promised that time. The service and shipping were impressive while ordering. I was a bit concerned when I called after recieving the unit. It was not as described on the web site. When I asked about this units performance the salesman was very non specfic and evasive when answering my questions. The unit does perform well, but not quite as well as I would have hoped.
